TWIST compliance and documentation
RehabVision is a joint research project by Solutia s.r.o. and Auckland University of Technology, co-funded by the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade under the TWIST programme. This page documents the compliance obligations the consortium meets.
Publicity (Art. 4.22)
Every public artefact, including this website, carries the mandatory TWIST attribution sentence in the footer and on published reports and publications.
Data Management Plan (Art. 4.13)
A Data Management Plan version 1.0 is published within six months of project start, describing data ownership, access, retention, and FAIR metadata.
Document retention (Art. 4.23)
Financial and technical documentation is retained for at least ten years after project closure. Raw video is kept for a maximum of twelve months per BRULE-04.
Reporting (Art. 5)
Interim reports are submitted annually by 31 January; the final report within 30 days of project end. Three annual benefits reports follow in the post-project period (E5 stage, 2027–2030).
